We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every verified vendor on our platform adheres to our standard return guidelines.

Return Window

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return

Navigate to your Account > Orders page, select the order item, and click 'Request Return'. The seller will review and issue a return label or pickup request.

Refund Processing

Once the seller inspects and approves the returned item, your refund is automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
